How do I send an invoice via email?
Open any invoice and click the 'Send Invoice' button. Enter the recipient's email, add an optional message, and click Send. The system will email a professionally formatted invoice with a link to view it online.
How does auto-fill work for business information?
Go to Settings → Business tab and enter your company name, owner name, ABN, contact details, address, and bank account info. This information will automatically populate when you create new invoices or quotes.
Can I create and send a quote in one action?
Yes! When creating a quote, use the 'Create & Send Quote' button. This will save the quote and immediately open the send dialog, allowing you to email it to your client right away.
How do team invites work?
Go to Team settings and click 'Invite Member'. Enter their email to send an invite link. They'll receive an email and can accept the invite to join your team workspace with shared access to clients, invoices, and quotes.
What's the difference between the web and desktop app?
The desktop app is an Electron wrapper that loads the web version (invoisor.com) in a native window. It provides a dedicated app experience with persistent login state stored locally.
How do I sync my business info with onboarding?
Business information entered during the onboarding wizard is automatically saved to your settings. You can update it anytime in Settings → Business, and changes will apply to all future invoices and quotes.
