Invite Team Members

Add users to your workspace

Team Collaboration
Work together on invoices, quotes, and clients

Team features allow you to:

  • Share access to invoices, quotes, and clients
  • Assign different permission levels
  • Track who made what changes
  • Collaborate through team chat
How to Invite Team Members
  1. Navigate to Team Members

    Click Team Members in the sidebar

  2. Click "Generate Invite Code"

    Look for the "Generate Invite Code" button at the top

  3. Copy the Invite code

    Click the "Copy" button next to the invite code

Managing Team Members

Changing Roles

As an Owner or Admin, you can change a member's role from the Team Members page.

Removing Members

Click the three dots next to a member's name and select "Remove from team."

Pending Invitations

Invites expire after a certain period. You can resend or cancel pending invitations.

Best Practices

✓ Start with Member Role

Give new team members the Member role first, promote them later if needed

✓ Limit Admin Access

Only give Admin role to trusted team members who need it

✓ Review Team Regularly

Remove members who no longer need access
