Managing Client Details

Learn how to update and manage client information

Viewing Client Details
Access and review all information stored for a client

To view a client's details:

  1. Navigate to the Clients page from the sidebar
  2. Click on the client name or row to open their profile
  3. Review contact information, billing details, and related invoices
Editing Client Information
Update contact details, addresses, and billing information

You can update the following information:

Name & Contact Person

Business name and primary contact

Email Address

Primary email for invoices and quotes

Phone Number

Contact phone number

Address

Street, city, state, and postal code

Business Details

Tax ID, company registration, etc.

Deleting Clients
Remove client profiles when no longer needed

When you delete a client:

  • The client profile is permanently removed
  • All associated invoices and quotes remain accessible
  • Historical payment records are preserved
  • This action cannot be undone

Important

Before deleting a client, ensure all outstanding invoices are settled.

Client History
Track all transactions and interactions

On the client detail page, you can view:

  • All invoices sent to this client
  • Quotes created for this client
  • Payment history and status
  • Total revenue from this client
