Track team actions and changes

What Are Activity Logs?
A chronological record of all team actions

Activity logs (also called audit logs) track:

  • Who created, edited, or deleted invoices/quotes
  • When team members were added or removed
  • Client changes and updates
  • Payment records
  • Settings modifications
Accessing Activity Logs

Activity logs are only available to Owners and Admins.

  1. Click Team in the sidebar
  2. Select Audit
  3. View the complete activity timeline
What's Tracked?

📄 Invoice & Quote Actions

  • Invoice created
  • Invoice edited (with details of changes)
  • Invoice deleted
  • Quote created
  • Quote converted to invoice
  • Quote deleted

👥 Team Actions

  • Member invited
  • Member joined team
  • Member role changed
  • Member removed from team

👤 Client Actions

  • Client added
  • Client information updated
  • Client deleted

💰 Payment Actions

  • Payment recorded
  • Payment updated
  • Payment deleted

⚙️ Settings Changes

  • Invoice/quote numbering changed
  • Banking details updated
  • Default terms modified
Log Entry Details

Each activity log entry includes:

  • Timestamp: Exact date and time of the action
  • User: Who performed the action
  • Action Type: What was done (created, edited, deleted)
  • Resource: What was affected (invoice #, client name, etc.)
  • Details: Specific changes made (if applicable)

Filtering & Searching Logs

On the Activity Logs page, you can:

  • Filter by action type (invoice, quote, payment, team)
  • Filter by team member
  • Filter by date range
  • Search for specific invoice or quote numbers
